Back up and running quickly—should a Technician not have a needed part or supply item, it will be brought to them. They stay on site, working on your system.
Performance—If we are unable to repair your system within 8 hours, the Technician is empowered to authorize a loaner to you until your system is up and running. If we cannot repair your system, we will replace it with a system of equal or greater capabilities.
Quality—We guarantee that your last copy will be as good as your first for 5 years (or a certain amount of copies which depends on the size of machine), whichever occurs first, provided that it is continuously covered under our Comprehensive, Worry-Free Full Service Agreement.
