COVID-19 Response

As restrictions have tightened for businesses both small and large across this region to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we're reaching out today to assure you that we are taking as many precautions as necessary and following CDC guidelines in order to continue providing critical Service and Supplies for your business in accordance with these directives.

What we're doing

So as to protect our staff and yours, we have been operating with minimal in-office staffing to receive service and supply calls, dispatch Service Technicians, receive vendor replenishments, and handle customer service inquiries. Our remaining staff is working from home, if possible. In addition, we have suspended in-office demonstrations and supply item pickups until further notice. We encourage you to visit our Customer Account Portal to:

  • Request Service

  • Enter Meters

  • Pay Invoices

  • Monitor Account Information


If you have a problem signing up for this portal, please email who can provide you with your customer id number.

Helpdesk / Onsite Service

We encourage you to use our Helpdesk to troubleshoot issues with your copiers, printers, and other hardware devices. We will attempt to resolve any issues via phone support before we need to send a technician on site. We will only be dispatching one Service Technician per service call or installation, if possible. Also, signatures will no longer be required upon ticket completion; instead, the Tech will ask for your name for documentation on the ticket in order to aide your organization's efforts in social distancing.


We want to help our customers and any organization adjust to a remote work environment. We can offer printing and scanning capabilities to be placed in their residence. Contact our Sales Team to discuss your specific needs.
