Sales Manager Trainee

Chattanooga Business Machines, a local leading provider of cutting edge business technologies and services for more than 30 years, is looking for the right individual to fill a key position in sales.

 

The main responsibility is to sell a full line of award-winning imaging products, software and services to targeted accounts. This is a great opportunity to advance into a sales management role after establishing a success record with the company. Only individuals with relevant and continuous industry experience need apply.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years' continuous experience in copy/print marketplace required (small private company experience preferred)

  • Willingness, ability and great desire to grow into management role is highly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree with business and marketing majors preferred

Responsibilities

  • Attain set revenue and sale activities goals

  • Set appointments and find sales leads

  • Conduct professional sales presentations

  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline

  • Provide client training and support

  • Prepare and perform client account reviews

  • Utilize technology tools to manage accounts

  • Use time management to handle multiple priorities

  • Plan key activities conducive to growth

  • Approach each day with a keen sense of self-discipline

  • Understand and effectively use technology

  • Have workable knowledge of products, solutions, and services

  • Practice and role play presentations with team members

  • Maintain businesslike behavior and professional appearance

  • Follow through on additional activities or responsibilities as required
